With a passion for food and entertaining, Penny has been a professional chef for more than 25 years.

Her conscientious style of presentation and love of nouvelle cuisine was honed in some of the best hotels and restaurants in Europe where she trained in fine dining establishments for three years before returning to her homeland, Africa, in 1985.

Establishing "The Catering Lark" executive catering service, Penny designed and produced culinary delights for a portfolio of private and corporate events, including society weddings and corporate boxes at major sporting events.

Relocating to Brisbane, Penny has been providing clients with fabulous looking and tasting food and exceptional service through "Penelope's Pantry" for more than 10 years. She is well sought after for her styled weddings, high teas and special event catering.

Professional and friendly, Penny is fully versed in handling the details necessary to execute an outstandingly successful event. She cares deeply about ensuring that Penelope's Pantry always delivers an experience that exceeds expectations.
